What a chilly morning!

August is starting out like July ended here in coastal Northern California. Cool. Our high temperatures have mostly been in the 70s Today it is supposed to reach 80 or so. But it's still in the 50s as of 9 AM. I will get some article reading and swimming in today. My Guitar Center day will be done at 1 PM. How is your Saturday shaping up?

It was a nice 63F at 5:30 am in Missouri this morning and, even at 11 am, it's still only 70F. I'm dizzy this morning so am staying in bed as much as possible. I already fell once even hanging onto the walls and doorways. Pretty helped me get back in bed. I hope you enjoy your Saturday.

@TheHorse Yes, it's a symptom of Graves' Disease. I have a pill that's supposed to help and it usually does but not this time. I've stayed close to my bed today, except for trips to the restroom and I've held the walls and doorframes as I make that trip.

My weekends are always very quiet. The temps have been in the 70s for a couple of days and in the 50s at night. Perfect weather. It's going to warm up again in a few days unfortunately. In the morning it's really cold in the house; but I refuse to turn on the heat!!!
