Dining out this evening …..

We decided that we would eat out this evening. I was unsure as I still need someone to cut up my food and sometimes need help ….well, if I needed to spend a penny …..if you know you know …..if not you will have to google !
Anyway, we went to one of our favourite restaurants. I could get 20% blue light discount but when I checked on the restaurant app I had a voucher for 25% off.
Yay, we went with that one….
The Mister had a mixed grill
I had Hunters Chicken
They have stopped serving Strongbow cider …that is the favourite drink of The Mister , so he wasn’t best pleased.
Anyway, the meal was lovely.

@Traceyjayne Wait what... You have flatbread... That is so nice... Not fair Mcdonald. If I ever want a flatbread, i will need to eat Subway Sandwich.

@id_peace ha ha ….i guess not all Maccys have the same things in the menu then. The cheese bacon flatbread is part of their breakfast range so it’s only available til about 11 am…..it’s really delicious though.

The only thing I like from Maccys is the cheese bacon flatbread. The fries are ok. The Grandaughter likes the hash browns but they are really expensive I think.

I just ate late lunch of a hamburger with onions, garlic and spices mixed in with the meat before frying it. Then added bleu cheese salad dressing on top. It was very good!

Your meal sound good too. I have burgers sometimes , but at the moment it’s tricky to cope with using just one hand. Bits tend to fall out.

@Traceyjayne Thanks. I pride myself on making good meals for Pretty and I.
I'm sure there are a lot of things that you need help with that aren't obvious until you can't use one hand/arm.

I just ate some cajun one pot sausage and rice meal. It was super delicious. I would give it a 9 out of 10. I don't tend to favor dishes that are too complicated or contain too many ingredients, but they were limited to about 11 most of which I had, and those I didn't I improvised. Very, very good. Did you need help cutting?

Yes, The Mister did have to cut the chicken. He said he didn’t mind ….he is getting used to it as he has to do it if we eat at home anyway…..he is very good.

The restaurant was called The White House ….it is part of a group calling Sizzling Pubs ……
