Good deed of the day ……if I can help somebody …..

So today we did a good deed. We were just paying for our shopping and the lady behind went into a complete panic. Apparently, she had come into the shop with a long list of things to get that were on special offer …..but only if you had a loyalty card for that store. She had come in with the list and just enough money to cover the bill…..what she hadn’t remembered was ….the loyalty card. So, did she put it all back and miss out on the offers Did she spend time working out what she wanted most and could get with the money she had No, no need…..I simply offered her the use of my loyalty card. It meant that she could have all of her shopping at offer price AND I got the loyalty points…. I’m not sure exactly how much she saved but she was so happy I thought she was going to kiss me ! Anyway, it was nice to help her out. Got me thinking ….do you use loyalty cards ?
