How many versions of you have you lived through. Have you ever thought about this aspect of life? We all go through changes in our lives ,but how many times have you changes your priorities? How many times challenges have changed your complete out look on life? How many times have you changed your boundaries? We are all different, and have been through many life changes. Some more than others. It's interesting to look back over the big events, the trauma, the life altering events which have changed us, but also made us who we are today. How many versions of you have there been? Can you count them?

There is a different version of me for every person I have met. Who I am isn't who I think I am, it's how others view me. Depending on my age and the circumstances of where or how we met, there could be tens of thousands of versions of me.

@celticeagle A few years ago, you were worried about an upcoming inspection. You had an issue with some type of flooring. I think it was carpet. You posted how you had an issue with the person that was in charge of approving the carpet. That you argued with this person. You were mad. I don't recall how it turned out. If you asked that person who you were, would their response be the same as someone you allowed to go ahead of you at the market? That's what I mean. The guy I cut off in traffic will have a completely different opinion of me that the woman I helped with her grocery order. All those versions of you that you think of, are just your opinions. There are literally thousands of people that saw many different versions.

I'm me though I have been through phases- dorm days, North Idaho days, North Seattle trailer days, back office Vet days. Just phases. Broken down car phase. Steep mountain trails with Mom days.

I think that changes in our lives change us. That's all.

I probably could. I realize I identify"myself largely by "profession" at a given time.

So your important self worth is defined by your occupations?

Thankfully I was able to surpass those negative versions of my life and replace them with forever positive version.

I had one big change that I'm aware of. I was sheltered most of my life; and when I got out to my first real job (I had been working since I was 14), I asked inappropriate questions, etc. I was just too immature. I think I've gone beyond that now.

@celticeagle I was referring to the job I got when I was 18. I was soooo immature.
