Oh what a dreary Monday morning …… bring on the coffee and Netflix

Well, I have woken up to the dreariest Monday morning !
The sky is grey, it has already been raining and it is still drizzling. They haven’t come to work in next doors drive so they are obviously expecting it to rain all day. There has just been a guy walking around the cul de sac delivering leaflets and he had his hood up and was slouching around….obviously wanting to be doing anything other than walking the streets in the rain.
I’m going to have a cup of coffee with Baileys Irish cream ….havent had one for a little while ….and see what I can find on Netflix.

I studied abroad in northern England back in college for a year. I'll never forget that Christmas when I was home. It was unseasonably warm but I just kept saying "look at that blue sky! There are no clouds!" 
Not unsual for this area but it was most definitely not for where I had spent months.

@NJChicaa that’s a couple of hours away from where I am in the Midlands. About 130 miles I think.

I don't want to walk around in the rain, either. Can't blame anyone for that attitude!
It has looked like and smelled like rain here for several days but nothing happens.
Eww! Coffee is nasty!

@Traceyjayne Every job has its downsides... If people hate the job too much, they move on and the company has to figure out a way to make it better or lose their business.
I like chocolate drink mix but Pretty buys me coffee with chocolate drink mix added to it. YUCK! But that's what she likes so wants me to drink it, too. There are three or four cans of the drink mix in the cupboard because I don't like it... She complained that I'm not helping her drink it a few days ago... I told her I'd NEVER drink it so she'll either buy what I WILL drink or I'll go to the store and buy what I want. (She's trying to control what I eat and drink and that doesn't work for me.)

@DaddyEvil you don’t strike me as the sort of person that it easily controlled.
I’ve known people in the past who buy something because it’s really what THEY like, yet they pretend it’s for you, or for both. It doesn’t work with me either.

I guess if he doesn’t deliver then he won’t get paid. Not the most interesting job but if it pays it pays !
Yep, I like Baileys on its own too……oh for goodness sake , let’s be honest here …..i just love Baileys, how ever it comes….on its own, in coffee, ice cream, pouring cream ( I know they do a squirt one but I haven’t tried that yet ! ).
