blinked, and somehow it was already “morning.” Not sure how that happened, but here we are.
We were all set to watch the King of the Hill reboot… until the 12-year-old hit me with, “Hey, can we pay Netflix first?” Apparently, Netflix > parental nostalgia. So, I paid that, and decided Disney/Hulu can wait until after payday—King of the Hill can sit in the corner and think about what it’s done.
So instead, we’re watching Happy Gilmore 2. So far, it’s pretty good. @porwest, you’re right—it’s funny, just… not swinging-an-alligator-head-at-people funny like the first one.
If you haven’t seen it, you should. If you haven’t seen the first one… well, congratulations, you’re officially an uncultured swine. ??
So what about you guys? Anyone watching anything good tonight, or are you all just scrolling TikTok until your brain turns into applesauce?

@thislittlepennyearns Lolo Woods, an “influencer” who is otherwise best known for being the mother of NFL player Odell Beckham Jr.s baby. Also did 8 years in the Air Force, but I don’t Know how that ended.

We've been watching a lot of American Justice the past couple of days. A show I loved very early on that's almost new to me considering how long it's been since I watched the episodes originally. Glad you liked Happy Gilmore 2. Yeah, not nearly as funny as the first, but not a bad sequel at all either.

@thislittlepennyearns The ONLY huge disappointment for me was when Eminem was being attacked by the alligator, HE NEEDED TO RAP THAT! Now THAT would have been hilarious. Otherwise, I'm only giving him "funny." lol
Here's what I can imagine: Oh, hell no, I'm a meat stick, a dude caught up in a cheap trick. Got teeth clamping down on me and I can't beat this. This is so bad, I'm had, it's making me mad, will people be sad, or happy and glad, when I'm turned into a meat slab...got this thing, mean and green, he was sight unseen, taking me me under and making me asunder from a terrible blunder...what will become of me I wonder...when I'm chomped up, stopped and washed up and my bones have been chopped up...
HIS version would have been way better of course. lol
