Strange day

I was enjoying my day today, after breakfast, while relaxing in bed alone. My mouth feels like it's salivating and tastes salty. Then, after observing them, I felt like vomiting. I went to our bathroom in case anything happened. But it didn't, and simply being aware and present in my surroundings helped it to calm down gradually. I stopped what I was doing, and it vanished.
I still wonder what that was. Was it an anxiety attack or just Gerd acting up on me?

That's weird... It sounds like something you ate momentarily didn't agree with you. But strange it only lasted a short time. I hope you're feeling better now.

@rakski That is what baffles me. There is nothing that I can think of that could trigger me, but if it is an anxiety attack, it appears without a trigger. I just think it's acid reflux, but I ate light for breakfast, so it shouldn't trigger GERD.

Am okay, I just got a bit surprised about that. I had anxiety attacks before, but for the past months I have had that under control, and it hasn't shown up. It could have been acid reflux too but I ate light breakfast that day so l do not think it might cause me to have that reaction.

That seems very strange. I hope you are fully recovered now. Anything like that can be scary if you don’t know what’s happening or if you are on your own.

Today seems to be fine. I really couldn't tell if it was acid reflux or a panic attack. Since both lack symptoms. If it was acid reflux, I might have felt heartburn, but there was none. If it was anxiety, there should have been a trigger, but I was thinking clearly that day, so there was nothing that could have started it.
