I haven't been on again because I've been busy.

I've been very busy again and forgot to come on! It was my Mum's birthday on Sunday. She was 80. They sang happy birthday to her in church and gave her a small cake with one candle on top which she had trouble blowing out! After church we went to my brother and sister-in-law's house for lunch for Mum's birthday. My brother Dave gave us a lift there and back. They had like a Christmas dinner in August! I had all vegan stuff. 2 vegan sausages, 2 vegan burgers, cauliflower and broccoli, carrots and beans and some potatoes. They had a lemon birthday cake and I had a fruit cocktail (not to be confused with an alcoholic cocktail). I had 3 drinks. First, sitting on the sofas, a non-alcoholic scholer, at the dinner table an Elderflower drink and back at the sofa afterwards a cup of green tea which I don't think I should have had because I was so full and it just made me feel worse! While I was there I also took the picture above which is of my brother and sister-in-law's dog Impy! Syd can't give me a lift to the big Tesco at the moment because he can't drive because of his cataracts. Last week we got a taxi, but this week Mum couldn't get through to get a taxi, so I said I'd walk it with the trolley and get a little less than usual. I set off at about 2:30pm and arrived at the big Tesco at 2:50pm. I mainly got my stuff, and a few things for Mum and Syd. I got an Artists and Illustrators magazine, then I got some seaweed thins. Then I went straight to the fruit and veg section and got some blueberries and spring onions for me. Then I got some bananas. I got some mushrooms and my yoghurts. I then remembered that I'd forgotten Syd's Granny Smith apples so I went to get them. Then I got a pot of ground coriander. Next I went and got some brown and wild rice mix and then I went to fetch a pot of veg soup for Syd. Then I went straight across and got a tube of cheese and onion flavoured pringles for Syd. I then went straight to the frozen section and got my vegan magnum ice lollies and some chopped frozen garlic. Then I thought I might have room for some more stuff so I went over and got some green grapes and some tomatoes for my Mum from the fruit and veg section. Then I went and got some bird seed for Syd and then I went to pay. When I'd payed for everything it was 3:30pm ish. I went and sat on a bench for a few minutes, then I swapped my book at the Tesco book swap. I went down in the lift and went home. I was home before 4:00pm and my Mum was really surprised! I gave her her change, shopping list and club card and then I unpacked the groceries and put them away. I'll be getting some more stuff on Friday. Last night I went to Tuneless Choir again and I'll tell you more about that in another post. What have you lot been getting up to? I hope you are well. Have a nice day.
