Buffets are ideal for those who are famished and have a good appetiite The number of repeat visits only speaks of the justice one does to those buffet spreads. I am a small eater and my husband would say I am a dead loss when it comes to eating at a buffet. The only thing attracted me there were the desserts While on foreign holidays there was always lavish buffet breakfast spread but alas that was a frustrating experience for me Dooggie bagging was not allowed. Are you a gourmet with a good appetite when it comes to buffets? Image credit:

If you delay your breakfast a bit you could call it buffet brunch and need not have lunch

As one gets older one should stay away from buffets

I do not like buffets, you tend to eat more than you should just because everything is there ready to be eaten.

@allknowing I eat very little. The only buffet I used to have was the breakfast buffet, as there were no alternatives, even in Switzerland.

Pretty and I like a good buffet meal... She doesn't eat enough to do justice to one but I try to make up for that.

In fact I don't often go to have a buffet as I think it's not very good for health to eat a lot of food. Last time my husband and I went to have a buffet and my bank paid for it. So that's OK. We still had some fun but I wish I could eat more food

I love a good buffet … breakfast buffets when you are in holiday are great. They can set you up for the day …The Mister, however hardly ever comes with me for breakfast.
