I Went Back To Sleep.

My hubby has work today, as it's his last day for the week, being Friday.
I have to wake up early to prepare his packed lunch and breakfast as well.
After preparation, I loaded the laundry and went back to bed.
I feel so tired since we went home last night. I slept at 11 pm and had to wake up at 5 am. It seems the 7 hours are not enough for my body to feel recharged. I had to make two trips to the toilet within those seven hours. Now, I had an extra hour and a half of sleep. My body still feels aching, but my mind is much awake now.
Time for coffee.

It sounds like you’ve packed a lot into your morning before most people even think about waking up! Prepping meals, tackling laundry, and sneaking in a little extra sleep—definitely a balancing act between duty and fatigue.
Seven hours of sleep never feels like enough when it’s interrupted by late-night bathroom trips and those nagging body aches. But at least your mind is starting to catch up now, and with coffee on its way, your body might soon follow. Here’s to hoping the rest of your Friday gives you a chance to recharge and take it easy!

@rakski Nighttime sleep is one of the most essential forms of rest we can get. During these hours, the body follows its natural circadian rhythm, allowing internal organs to repair, detoxify, and function at their best. This restorative process helps keep our systems in peak condition, supporting everything from immune health to mental clarity.

I'm glad you got some more sleep but you should try to take another nap before your kids or hubby need something and wake you up again.

You need to have eight hours of sleep. As a home maker you have to work hard. Adequate sleep is essential for you
