Home made pancakes ….with favourite toppings ….

So today for our pudding Mom had made pancakes.
She made a whole stack of them so there was plenty to go around ….and even a few left over that I have bought home with me for tomorrow.
I had sugar and lemon juice on mine.
The Mister and Mom both had maple syrup on theirs.
Either way, they are a favourite pudding.
Quick and easy to make and delicious too.
*Just to say that these are not the pancakes that they have in America, they are thicker and about the size of the palm of your hand……these pancakes are about 6-7 inches wide and a lot thinner….almost like a crepe.

I have never been a huge fan of pancakes, personally, so I rarely make them. I don't even have pancake mix in the house. lol But if I have them, just a little butter and syrup is all I need, with some sausage links on the side caught up in some of the syrup? Yeah, I can eat that.

@Traceyjayne Yeah. Sausage links. Surely, you eat those there. We have something here known as pork, breakfast sausage. It's very good.

Vince makes pancakes but the thin ones. We have a variety of fillings on rolled ones or we might spread them with lemon juice and sugar, or Vegemite, jam, peanut butter - just about anything is good with pancakes.
