One Cat, I Mean, Wax Warmer Down

My wife and I were in the bedroom taking care of some business when suddenly we heard this loud crash that gave us both quite a start. "What the hell was that?" We knew there was some rain outside, and it kind of sounded distant, but what the hell could that have been? We went into the kitchen where we thought the sound came from and looked around and nothing seemed out of the ordinary or out of place. Both of the cats were in the kitchen, though, looking rather spooked. Suddenly I saw the wax warmer bowl, upside down on the pass-through counter next to the bowl we keep for taking recyclables to the bin in the garage. "Why is this here?" "Aww, dammit!" The wife said. She went around the corner into the living room where we keep it and sure enough. There it was, broken on the floor. We're pretty sure Cal was the culprit, but we can't be sure. But he looked the guiltiest. Being ever frugal, I thought maybe I could piece it back together and glue it, but it's a goner. Cal almost was, but he managed to survive the ordeal. I was ready to tan him, but of course, his cuteness always wins me over. Damn cat.

That’s the same reason why my end tables in the living room only have one lamp left out of a matching pair. Damn cute cats

Pets can find it hard to hide their guilt sometimes.

They have that certain look. It's that innocence that just looks...very guilty. lol

I remember a few times when our dogs growing up would get into some sort of mischief. But it was a different kind of mischief. lol

I had to replace one a couple months ago, and it was 8 bucks at Walmart. I know you're frugal. But wax warmers a must in this house.

Yeah, that's about what she paid for it, at Walmart. We have one in the camper too. I'll get her another one the next time I'm at Walmart, which will be soon.

Good for Cal, his master is kind hearted. Our cat. Mimi always runs across my feet while I am walking when she's hungry. One time, I almost toppled over while holding the baby. I wanted to roast him then, but I can't eat her meat anyhow. , so, I stopped. Oh, sorry- gross.

Cal was up to some mischief, but I can’t blame you for forgiving him, those cute faces have a way of winning you over every time.
