Bonfire on Block Island

What better way to end a beach day on Sunday with a Bonfire?
My family & I spent the weekend on Block Island in Rhode island and had a blast, We swam, ate and nap all day long which was all that we could as for.
We enjoyed the views as well and walked over to the famous light tower and took some family pictures.
And just when we thought it couldn't get any better we see a crew of people putting chairs together and starting a Bonfire. We ended the night having smores while hearing the waves crash along the shoreside.

That sounds super fun. I thought Block Island was off the coast of Massachusetts though. I guess that one is Nantucket.

Well we took a Ferry from Westerly Rhode Island so you are correct it is closer to MASS

That's so beautiful. We spend weekend at my aunt house, it my cousin's birthday trhat's her second son. We spend the day there and eat a lot and laugh a lot.

@BACONSTRIPSXXX Oh yes, we can grill at home, but no backyard bonfires.
They just issued that order recently.

Had a great weekend ….it was The Misters Birthday . We went out for the day, bought some antiques, had a couple of meals out. Had Sunday lunch with my Mom.
