I just made lunch and got cake in the oven. We had leftover hamburger meat in the fridge from last night and Chris wanteed a burger, and since he is the birthday boy. I made him a smash burger and tater tots for lunch. With Pepperjack cheese. I had leftover enchiladas from last night so they wouldn't go to waste. Then I made the cake and got it in its pans for his birthday cake tonight. So that's in the oven. I meant to get a picture of the burger, because it turned out pretty good. But I forgot so here's a picture of the cake waiting to go into the oven instead. What are you doing today?
