Two days no internet connection

For two days we suffered a lot, there was no internet connection. It affected my work and mood. It's so frustrating almost monthly we face the same problem. I went to the Internet provider's office requesting to fix the problem and asked why there's successive internet problem. This afternoon at 3, the technician called me that they're coming, and after 30 minutes the technician arrived. He brought a gadget to check the source of the problem. It's learned that there's a problem of the modem. The wire was fixed and the Internet connection came back after 25 minutes. The funny thing is the technician was my former IT student at the university. He did his very best. I gave him $ 30 dollars for their snacks outside. Hoping I won't experience the same problem.
