It's a Different Day

I can't really say it's a good morning. I can't say it's a bad morning either.
It seems that it's a morning for acceptance.
Yesterday we were told that the best mobility dad could probably get now is to stand up on his own and pivot to a wheel chair. For some that may not be a lot to process but for us it is.
Dad has always been proud and this will be a blow. Not to mention now all the changes that will have to be done to the house. It's a lot to take in. Not to mention there was talk about assisted living. That adds in me worrying about taking over the house.
Acceptance and worries. That's what my day is today.
I'm doing computer work to get a little ahead. The amazon gift cards help us a lot.
I'll be pushing the yard sale stuff a lot over the next few months. We need to get the house cleared out more than what it is.
The shop will also be getting a lot of facebook advertising because I need to get ahead and it's also been helping take my mind off of things. I've been working on the business card order but I didn't get a chance to this morning because I got occupied by my puzzle and lost track of time.
Speaking of puzzles, Frozen is almost finished. I'm working on the sky and mountains now and then it'll be done. Maybe by the end of the week.
I've been sitting here trying to name all these new bracelets that I'm making so that I know what I need to remake when needed. It's harder than I thought it would be.
I'm still reading Hidden Nature and I'll probably just start the Carrie Ann Ryan ARC because I'm so late on the reviews for that. I'll have to apologize again.
I think that's it. I have so much going through my mind that I just can't keep things straight right now lol. I'm trying though.
What is everyone else up to?

That's certainly a lot to have on your mind especially all the stuff with your dad.

Yes, I don't think that my mind has settled down in months. Worse than usual.

What kind of bracelets are you making? My daughter does puzzles too. She puts some up on the walls. The prettier ones.
I'm not up to much. Just finishing up on here, watching a horror flick and just had breakfast a while ago.

I'm making bead bracelets. They're a lot of fun to make and I have quite the stock now lol.
All of my puzzles get glued and just put away right now. We keep saying when we have our house we'll start putting them up. Maybe soon now.
What horror movie?

@celticeagle I tried to do a 3D one for my mom once but it was confusing and we decided we really didn't have anywhere to put it.

I'm sorry you dad isn't progressing as much as you had hoped. That's the problem they had with my husband. Unfortunately he couldn't come home. I'm glad your dad will be able to be home.

The news we got wasn't good yesterday but we're not giving up and we have a lot to do before he comes home. We're hoping the VA will help with a lot of it. I need to get the house ready if they do help.
