Well, George seems to be in a good mood.

He decided he wanted to head outside today. He'd been going out at least twice a day for a while now, but today's different because he decided he wanted to watch the school bus come. He was surprised at the lack of students at first, but halfway through the year last year, they started stopping further up sixth street. I find that a bit irronic, because they legally have to stop where they used to because our intersection has a stop sign. I'll never underrstand the schoool system. Glad my days of being a student are behind me.

They changed the bus stops this year. But only one kid rides the bus which is annoying because they are at different schools but in the same distrcit.

@kaylachan Yep. It's really annoying. At least after January the older one will be able to drive himself to and from school. So that will ease it up a little bit.

I feel the same way. So glad my school days are over. I hope they start stopping there again so George can see the kids.

He can still see the kids. Most of them live on continal or sixth street. So some pass in front of our house while others walk down sixth street. We're the second house in from the intersection, so he gets the view he likes, even if the bus lets them off one intersection higher.

That must’ve been a nice little outing for him, even with the bus stop change. And yes, school systems can be pretty confusing sometimes!
