I know I say that all of the time but that is because it is true! It is 8:30am on a Saturday morning and there is someone chopping up something with a chainsaw. We didn't have any big storm last night. There is no major rush to get rid of anything. Like back off bro and let people sleep. 
And if you are so dedicated to your craft then start cutting out all of the dead shrubs and trees.
That's like them having the garbage and recycle companies show up at 4am on a Monday. Um dumping dumpsters isn't exactly a quiet thing. 
Someone pointed out that my building is right next to a strip mall on the main road so I hear that stuff multiple times--doing the mall stuff and then our stuff. I don't even understand how it is allowed.
Cannot wait to see if the pool is open today. There will be a full scale riot if it isn't. Never a dull moment around here.

People here are allowed by city ordinance to make noise: mowing, cutting up brush, digging holes after 8 am. I'm sure it's the same there.
Late this spring, I kept complaining because the city kept digging up different parts of my yard and waking me up... The neighbor mows starting at 8 am and wakes me up. Nothing I can do about either one. I don't understand why sanitation workers can make noise at 4 am here, either, but at least I'm awake already when they do that.
