On Tuesday afternoon I went to the tenant. But I saw the staff fanning. Curious and asked why he didn't have a fan. He said he brought it to the other branch and it was broken.
Her situation was pitiful so I lent my small fan first. But I used that as an excuse to buy a new one. Sure enough, I saw on the shoppee website that there was a buy one take one wall fan. I got it last week. I haven't given it a review yet and I'm still testing it. So far, so good.
I put the one in the CR as a temporary replacement for the broken exhaust fan. The second one is in the back for those who will be washing clothes, especially when the weather gets hot.

That was really kind of you to lend your fan when you saw the tenant’s situation—small gestures like that go a long way. And it’s nice how it also gave you the perfect excuse to shop for new ones. A buy-one-take-one deal is always a win, and in our tropical weather where fans are truly a necessity to cool things down, you definitely made a smart purchase.
Using one as a temporary exhaust fan and the other for the laundry area is a clever move, especially with the heat these days. Glad to hear they’re working well so far—sounds like you found both comfort and practicality in one buy!

@Letranknight2015 Good luck with that, and hopefully you can get the fans you need since it's been quite hot these past few days. Having a fan to cool things down would definitely be convenient.

The price was less than three hundred pesos and it was good deal @rsa101 Next will be ceiling fans same format. But wished mom would have time of the day to buy exhaust fans.
