Coffee Time is Over so Just Some Chit Chat

Happy Tuesday Everyone! it's sunny here today and it's on the cooler side. With the drop in temperatures I can't help but wonder if we'll have an early Fall/Autumn.
I don't know where the morning went. It's nearly noon and last time I looked it was barely past 9am.
Nothing going on today. Tuesday night is girls night and my oldest daughter comes over. Usually we watch something on tv or just chat (gossip 
) and have dessert.
Half of me feels like baking something but the other half doesn't. Right now I don't know which half will win. It would be nice to have something homemade for dessert tonight.
Netflix is running a documentary on the show The Biggest Loser which we were addicted to back when it aired years ago. From what I've seen the reviews aren't very favorable about how the contestants were treated so I'm kind of curious to see how bad a rap it's getting. It's only a 3 episode series so we might decide to watch that tonight.
I'm still waiting to hear from my credit card company about the hold they have on my card. It's been a week and so far nothing. If they don't resolve this soon I'm going to cancel my card.
Anyway, I'm happy for my quiet day. Finished my book and now just need to pick the next one. Maybe I should just close my eyes and pick one from my "to be read" pile.

I am enjoying my stationary bike while behind the computer to improve my circulation on my legs and body to avoid feeling hurt by sitting down too much.

I hope that you do not have to cancel the credit card, you will need to reapply if you do that, they should be able to status it out as fraudulent and issue you a new one.
I feel like the autumn season is upon us yesterday and today.
They are calling for a hard and long winter, I hope that it waits its turn until the next season is over.
Autumn is my favorite time of the year.
We are going away next week for a few days, and I am thinking that I will need to dig out some warmer clothing as we are going a little further north and on a lake.

@Marilynda1225 I will just pack my 3/4 length sleeve tops and pants instead of shorts and of course zippered hoodies.
I hope that they realize that you are innocent, although it has to give you some peace of mind that they are doing their due diligence over the credit card.

I'm hoping they will just issue me a new card. They are making me jump through hoops just to prove I'm me. Any info I give them they just ask for more. Frustrating
I hope we don't have a harsh winter. I love e fall weather but extreme cold flares up my arthritis.

That's not fair that they still don't have an answer about your card. Canceling your card will affect your credit rating. Nothing much happening here today.

I don't know what the problem is with my card but I really don't want to cancel it. I don't want it to negatively affect my credit rating. Maybe I should call them again today since it's been a week since this fiasco started.

@Marilynda1225 The flight was cancelled yesterday because of the hurricane. Thankfully it has moved on so she should be able to make it today without a problem.

at Costco at the moment. I had to come down to the city to pick up the car. I thought I might be able to come here to get the tires filled, but they are packed. I made an appointment for Friday next.

Sounds like a fun way to spend time. My mom loved to play canasta with her friends. That's one card game I never learned.
