Online Cart or Store Aisles, Which do you Enjoy More?

Shopping these days can go two ways, either scrolling through endless options online or walking through the aisles at a store. Online shopping is convenient for me when I don’t feel like going out, but I enjoy visiting physical stores. There’s something about actually seeing the products, checking them in person, and sometimes finding surprises that I didn’t even plan to buy. Which way makes shopping more enjoyable for you?

Just like you, I feel the same way. I like adding to the cart via online shopping. But there is a different feeling when you go to see the products you want.

You hit on a great point. Shopping online is super efficient, but seeing something in person is just different.

It seems like the older I get the more I enjoy online shopping more than actually going in a store. Of course, if it’s an extremely unique store then I’d prefer to visit it in person.

'Easy' is the biggest selling point for online shopping. Time is precious.

I like to shop inside of stores since I can see the products for sale.

99.9% of the time I prefer to be in a store, shopping. Online shopping is tedious to me, and usually more expensive.

@Tendz09 Usually I am looking for something specific and just checking the online price, so all I see is what I actually am searching for.

I like to pick out my own groceries, especially produce. I do better price-wise, if I do my own shopping. I hunt bargains, and a shopper is not going to really do that for me. I often see the shoppers doing their buying jobs...they toss stuff in those carts willy-nilly, bags of fruits, etc. get all bruised, they don't care. I do not have to go out of my way to go to the stores, I always tie in grocery trips when needed, to another errand or appointment.

You've said out all the key reasons for in-store shopping, specially for groceries. The produce quality, the bargain hunting, those are huge.

@MarieCoyle There’s nothing like the thrill of finding a good bargain in person!

@Tendz09 I have used delivery of groceries a few times due to illness. It is not the best here, and they often make mistakes I have to try to either get credit for or fight for credit, unless I have to I do not want to shop like that. I need my bargains, haha!!

It is online for me. For groceries I phone up the store and the maid gets the stuff

I like buying in a physical store. I like to see and touch what I buy.

I never grocery shop online as I like going to the supermarket myself and I like selecting my own items.

There's nothing quite like picking out your own ripe avocado or fresh bread.
