I forgot there's a storm

I was too lazy to throw out the trash last night because I thought the truck wouldn't pick it up right away. But at 5:30am I finally forced myself to take out the trash, especially the rotting stuff. I was a little careful throwing it outside because it was raining. I forgot that a typhoon was coming.
But I was happy after an hour, the truck picked up the trash right away.
Have a nice day

@rakski Yes, we are safe...
We had a scheduled brownout from 6:30am to 6:30pm yesterday, and it was so disappointing... They didn't restore it on time and extended until almost 12 in the evening.

Maybe they were concerned with downed electrical post thats why they cut the line that long. But that would be boring to me. I am glad you are safe over there @brokenbee

@rakski I believe Sam is also going to college in Manila. I know his parents live in a suburb of Manila.

@Letranknight2015 It seems the weather system developed into a storm, but fortunately, it did not make landfall in Metro Manila. However, the heavy rains it brought caused significant flooding in many areas.

At least you got the trash out before the truck came to get it.
I hope there's no problems caused by the typhoon.
I hadn't looked at the Philippine Weather Radar in a couple of weeks. It's showing that Bulacan is predicted to get 6 inches/152 mm of rain today!

LOL, been there with the trash delay! Props for going out in the rain and typhoon to get it done. That feeling when the truck shows up right after is the best, haha

It seems that this year the typhoon happen much more often. Usually after the typhoon leaves your country, it will be headed in my country. Sometimes it will go through my province, sometimes it will go to another province. We are lucky that this year it just rains so much but the typhoon doesn't bring much damage in my city.
