Left Over Chicken.

I saw that I still have a left over chicken in my refrigerator. What to do? What to do? I have one carrots and cabbage as well and I have a Vietnamese rice noodles. Then viola, I made some stir fried noodles. Yum!

If they weren't rice noodles, I would tell you to bring that along when you come here and I'd eat it... With rice noodles, I don't want it.

I will usually shred the chicken into pieces and cook chicken congee or to cook soup with it.
