George had a bit f a rough one, but he managed to get some sleep. Only he over slept and is slowly getting himself up and around. I just checked in on him and moved the walker closer to him. It's something at least.
Admittedly, I was draging this morning, too. Woke up around 10 Am, and it was as dark as night and storming. Made me want to burry myself under the covers, too. But nature won and I've eaten.

I have noticed that myself, I usually bounce up around 8 AM and now with the heat and humidity, there are mornings I feel comfortable in bed and I finally get up around 10. I chalk it up to the heat in my apartment making me kind of sluggish.

I fell asleep twice yesterday and had two nice dreams about my late husband. It was nice.
