About six years ago when my daughter lived elsewhere she started doing Diamond Art painting and I had never hard of it she video chatted with me showing it to me. It looked very interesting and fun to me.
Then she offered to me some presents of three small sized pictures that she let me choose. I don't know who here is familiar with Diamond Art painting kits come with the drills (fake diamonds) in either square or round shapes. She said that it's prettier and easier to work with if you use the round shaped ones. So that is how she ordered them.
I pulled one out and I used diamonds that were almost the correct color of the one that was supposed to be in that spot and used the sealer on it. After it dried I cut it out and examined it. Some of the drills did not stay on and the sealer did not work well on the painting, it became stringy.
When I saw that I did not have enough drills in the first place I tried to contact them with no answer! I was told by some friends that the company had gone out of business. Tonight I saw them online and wrote a bad review for them.
I also looked among the Diamond Art kits and they were all about $35 in average price, but some ran as high as $120!!!!!!!!

@dfollin I'm glad the rest were good. They're having a big going out of business sale right now.

Spendy huh?! A gal I watch on YouTube gets some pics from fans done this way. They are beautiful. They are probably experienced and know how to glue the little buggers in correctly. Ugh! Out of business. Nowadays you just don't know about such things.

I don't have a problem gluing them in at all. Just had problems with those ones from that first company. Since then I have bought the kits from Amazon and never had a problem.
