There is nothing wrong with GMO foods. MOST "natural" foods have been genetically modified. Our ancestors practiced genetic modifications over the long history of selective breeding of animals and plants. (Selective breeding is considered genetically modifying plants, animals and humans.) I wouldn't eat a human... well, not and swallow one, at least.

Healthier, they say. Sure. But how do they really know? How many times has something come onto the market as a healthier alternative that wasn't? I can think of several.

I prefer to use a regular butter sometimes because it has no chemicals that is harmful to our health.
