Back home again …..had a lovely weekend.

So, we are back home again ….we got up early ish…and I packed whilst The Mister cleaned the outside of the van.
We went for a carvery ….i changed this week and had Turkey and gammon, same as The Mister. I also had ….roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, braised onions, cauliflower cheese, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding and gravy. I had lager and lime to drink. The Mister had cider
.
The sun shone and we sat outside for a while before driving home.
We popped in to my Moms as she was going to put some of the blackberries I had picked in her freezer.
At home now and just having a drink whilst The Mister waters the plants ….he has missed his garden.

@traceyjayne We enjoyed a rare visit from one of our daughters who lives in Scotland. Ate out a few times. Now she’s away. Sounds like you had a good time too.

It was an okay weekend until my eyes swelled closed... I just listened to my laptop reading ebooks to me after that.

Sorry to hear about your eyes ….they do cause bother dont they ! Hope they are better now.

We went to an Aussie Rules football match on Saturday with friends so that was good fun.
