Delivery Woes

I have a problem lately that is driving me crazy. Well, first of all I live in a wooded area, my house can't be seen from the main road. I did a lot of ordering from Amazon. Most drivers, leave my packages down to my neighbors house. Well, last week when I checked my phone it said package delivered but to his house. He say he told the driver where I lived, well she still delivered it some place else. Someone I didn't know bought it to my house. Where she left it I have no idea, had she not bought it to me, it would have been a lost cause. I reported it to Amazon haven't heard anything. Just glad I ended up getting it. I really don't know what to do. It has been a headache for me.

If you've reported it to Amazon, they are usually pretty good with their customer service and responding. They should be delivering packages to your door.

Thank you. I do report it. Sometimes Amazon gives me another package if one deemed less lost.

That is why it is woeful, the instructions are on my delivery. They just don't look. I don't live close to the main highway and they can't see my house from the road. But instructions are there.

At least you got the package, I don't know your area to I don't know what to tell you, Where is your mailbox? I was going to say perhaps the packages can be left right by the mailbox,

If the package is small enough they will put it in the he mailbox.

It is the independent drivers. The mailman brings them directly to the house.

How annoying that they can't be bothered to deliver to the correct address. I would raise a complaint again with them. Thank goodness your neighbour was honest & decent enough to bring it to you.
