Bananas are a staple diet in our household They are had at every meal.
We occasionally get our own bananas although in the good old days we even sold a few bunches
Bananas come in several varieties and my choice is what we call butter bananas They have a very think skin, small in size and very sweet They stary fresh for quite a few days
What fruit do you have every day?
Growng bananas needs patience as they take over a year or more to yield from the day they are planted.
Bananas are good for the heart.

There are no fruits that I eat every day. Right now I have peaches, plums and oranges in the house but I only eat one or two of them a day. Some days I don't eat any fruits.
Bananas don't grow in my part of the US. We get them shipped in from Central America.

@allknowing We don't have any fruits growing at this house. On the farm, we had grapes, apples, plums, cherries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, oranges, and limes.
We buy some type of fruit every two weeks. I usually have grapes and bananas but chose differently the last time Pretty bought my groceries.

I always have bananas and usually eat one a day. The other fruit I always have is grapes. I alternate between the red seedless ones and the black ones. So far they've been so sweet and good this summer.

Answering your question, bananas are precisely what I consume the most during the day. I also take advantage of mangoes and sometimes I make a mango and banana smoothie with some milk and crushed ice. It's too good, I take advantage of the banana season since I live in a tropical country and there are always bananas.I make cakes, pies, compotes, jams, smoothies, and everything I can make with bananas. Sometimes I even make a flambé dessert and put it on any ice cream.

I do not eat fruits daily. I only have them twice a week. I usually go for apples or pears. :)
