I’m alive and finally starting to feel like a semi-functioning human again. Dinner tonight was a last-minute, “oops, forgot to thaw anything” situation. While Chris and I were outside solving all of life’s problems (and, you know… enjoying a little herbal motivation), I looked at him and said, “Wanna just run to the gas station for a pizza?” I told him, “If you order it, we’ll go get it.” Not exactly gourmet, but hey — for $13 and some change, it’s decent enough to pass as a meal. So he called it in, we hopped in the car, grabbed some wings and a 12-pack, and called it a win. Also — big news — I officially finished my year-long “specialized medical treatments” today, and I passed with flying colors. (A few of you know what I’m talking about — @moffittjc, @porwest, @FourWalls.) So naturally, we decided gas-station pizza and cheap beer were the perfect way to celebrate. So that’s dinner over here. What’s cooking at your place tonight?
