Alone and drenched at the car park

I left work at 6 am yesterday after working the night and the weather wasn't good at all. I had parked my car at the outside car park 10 minutes away and it was windy, chilly and rainy. I did get fairly drenched as I didn't have an umbrella - it wasn't raining at all when I came to work.
And the car park was completely empty - except for my car parked at the far end. Anyways, I did enjoy the solitude and drumming sound of the rain for the qp minutes I walked!
When was the last time you got drenched in the rain?

Sorry it was raining. I got wet not long ago putting the chickens in for the night

I don't carry an umbrella with me when I go somewhere. I got soaked a couple of weeks ago when Pretty and I went shopping. (It wasn't raining when we left to go shopping.) We moved as quickly as we could with a full cart of groceries back to the car, loaded the groceries in it and drove home. We got soaked again unloading the groceries and carrying them into the house.
Normally, if it's supposed to rain, I won't leave the house. Mother Nature fooled us that time and caught us out.

That looks kind of peaceful, even if it was chilly. The last time I got drenched was a few months ago.. got caught without an umbrella on my way home. I was soaked but couldn’t help laughing about it by the time I got inside.
