Leaving a Site / myLot

I am on a few Sites and am planning to leave one of them. I do not enjoy it any more as most who used to intereact with me are nowhere to be seen It is not getting money but the interactin is what I have always enjoyed . It is sad to see so many go In today's world when off line interaction is dwindling it is the online interaction that keeps us going. Would you inform if you want to leave a Site or quietly disappear?

I would simply leave... If you aren't enjoying yourself anymore, why prolong leaving?

@allknowing Sometimes people DO come back to a site they love(d) and see if they can make new connections there after a time. It's always nice to see old friends, too.

I do not inform usually that I will leave a site unless I am of significant importance to the site. Usually if I am of significant importance on the site, I will have a successor who will trail on. Once the person can handle it, I will announce my exit and leave.

Hnding over your account to someone else is not a done thing at writing Sites.
