I did not see it coming.
Days ago, I posted here I have tension headache. I thought it was.
But now I think it's migraine. After two days with the back of head bring sensitive to touch, my eyes hurts when I look on my screen whether phone or laptop. After two day, the pain now is concentrated on the right side of my head. Good thing is somehow it's tolerable.

Do you have a special pain reliever you can take to help with a migraine? Years ago I got migraine headaches a lot and my doctor prescribed different pain relievers that didn't help at all. Then, a friend offered me one of her muscle relaxants she used for monthly cramps. The muscle relaxant knocked me out for 24 hours and, when I woke up again, the migraine was gone.
My doctor at the time said she'd give me all the muscle relaxants I wanted and wrote a prescription for them... I don't have migraines very often anymore but still have the prescription of muscle relaxants and they still work great when I do have a migraine.
(I have Soma for migraines.)
I hope you feel better quickly.

@rakski It's a Soma.
I've never heard of that but I don't pay a lot of attention to meds unless I have to take them.

My nephew often suffers from migraine. I have seen him feeling in pain.
My suggestion is, please remain away from screen as long as possible, and consult your doctor
Wish you an early recovery.

That sounds quite difficult if you’ve been dealing with them for several days. Hopefully, it has improved by now. My wife experiences them too, and when they occur, she is completely incapacitated. She has to rest in a dark and quiet place because she becomes extremely sensitive to light during those times.

Maybe you are having a problem with your eyes. Did you consult an eye doctor?
