Starbucks has a new drink I am dying to try

Move over Pumpkin Spice Latte..(can find them for less and better at McDonald's and WAWA) one of the new kids on the block is Pecan Oat milk Cortado. This drink features 3 shots of Blonde espresso, along with oat milk, brown sugar, holiday spices and pecan streusel topping. A fall dessert in a cup for sure. I just hope I can sleep at night

Personally, it sounds like too much for me. I like the taste of coffee, just with milk in it, not even cream as it is too rich. But it is great if you have stumbled onto a new drink yourself.

It sounds delicious, and a dessert for sure. That being said, I would like a very tiny cup of it and then back to my black coffee. I live pumpkin anything for the most part. I can’t seem to have much milk at once, not of any kind. So a few sips would have to do it for me. But it does sound delicious!

I saw something "cortado" on a sign the other day and didn't know what it was. Wouldn't 3 shots of espresso wire you up? Let me ask you this - is it real pecans or just pecan flavoring? (I'm allergic to nuts)

I don't know. I would think real. It probably does wire you up. I would have to make sure not to have it too late in the day
