Yay, it’s Sunday again. That means it’s roast dinner day.
My favourite meal of the week.
Today we had roast chicken, roast potatoes, sweetheart cabbage, fine green beans, sage and onion stuffing and gravy.
For pudding we had Tiramisu….that was shop bought.
What is your favourite meal ?

I love smoked turkey, stuffing, fried green beans and mashed potatoes. We have this meal at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Then pecan pie for dessert. 
Once in a while I will make a beef or pork roast with roasted potatoes and onions. That's always good, too.

I have never tried pecan pie ….i should, but we don’t really have it here so I would have to make it.

@Traceyjayne Pecan pie is really good. I used to make them but my recipe makes two of them and that's just too much sugar at one time. If I make them, I will eat them.

We picked apples from our tree today ….going free if you can come and collect ….be great for your pies.

Anything that my mom cooked. I am not really that picky when it comes to food... but on second thoughts, fish! I don't eat any fish or any dish of fish... that is why when I was a kid I got slap by mom so may times because I don't eat fish. Lol!

My niece makes a mean tiramisu. Her Italian friend taught her.
