The making of a mountain of sandwiches …..

Whilst my arm is still dodgy and I can’t use my hand, The Mister is having to make his own sandwiches to take to work. He works away during the week so he has to make enough for the week. He uses a whole loaf, for the two , of us as he makes some for me too.
He buys meat from the Polish shop and sits cutting all the rind off before making the sandwiches.
It takes him a long time , but needs must, and he is good to make mine too.

Sounds like a task that needs to be done. Your situation with your arm and hand sounds almost like a friend of my son's from Brazil. He had a broken leg, and the doctor's let him languish in bed for a few months. He could have well ended up with a permanent limp. I hope your arm doesn't have any permanent damage.
