Do you remember when you were a child and you would dream of when you would be an adult …..you could do what you wanted when you wanted and no one would stop you ! In reality, you go to work at a time and place they tell you You have to think of what to cook for tea ….every, single day…. You can’t spend all your money on chocolate and drink and sit in the park all day, as you have bills to pay …. And….every week ….you have to remember…..which bin do we put out this week. !!! This adulting isn’t all it’s cracked up to be ! By the way ….in case you’re wondering …. This week it’s the brown, garden rubbish bin that goes out …..

I'm retired so don't have so many restrictions and deadlines. I also live in the country so no bins here, just regular garbage pick up.

I think I am living one of my childhood dreams today, starting 2OO6. Anyway, I am happy about it, but I am not saying I am living the super life I've been dreaming of when I was a child, I still have other dreams that wasn't fulfilled yet. But, reality, hhehehe I still need to ask my parents' permission to most of my decisions. Hehehe.

Being retired means fewer restrictions on time as well as money... I still don't know what day is trash day here. One of us takes the trash out when the trashcans are full and leave the main bin out beside the road so the trash truck can empty it whenever they come by. (I know the truck makes a lot of noise between 4 and 5 am once a week.)

Both our bins go out same day every week so that makes it easy. I only put the recycling bin out when it's nearly full. That takes at least a week or three.

I'm retired now so I can do what I want when I want. Unfortunately I am mobility impaired; so I have to rely on the cousins to do a lot of things for me.
