How often do you unsubscribe to things?

I don't unsunscribe to things too often, unless it is something like a magazine I no longer want or need for instance. In this case though, it is an online newsletter. I guess at first I thought it was interesting, but then it started to freak me out. They always were announcing changes in social security. I thought I should be on top o them, but they usually don't affect me at all, and if they do they are generally bad news. They want to send something everyday with new changes to social security. Well, I think I have read my last one. I will look it up, if there is something I want to know. It makes me feel insecure to look at info about it everyday. Do you find yourself unsubscribing to things often? Another thing is, taking up space in my inbox and I get enough email.

Yes, I should unsubscribe to more while I'm at it.

The moment I no longer have a budget for it, and when the free subscription is about to end.

Oh this is a freebie. I do have one paid subscription to a magazine. It is fun, but probably unnecessary.

Usually twice a year, when I get the free month or week of Amazon Prime. I cancel it before I’m charged.
The only things I subscribe to are watching baseball games on the MLB app and a subscription to Newspapers (site where you can search newspaper archives).

Actually we should not unsubscribe .On a frustration I do that.
It should be reported as spam as it was out of our knowledge to avoid further selling of our mail.

I don't, but I did unsubscribe a blog not long ago. It used to be an interesting blog, but now the blog posts look like they were copy and pasted. I think a scammer had taken over it.

I get far too many junk emails …I am very bad at unsubscribing. I need to do it far more often.

I should go through my email and unsubscribe a few things...some day.
