Yeah. Fire arms are allowed at the Idaho State Fair. (Or, it was. It ended on the 24th.) But ski masks, drones, emotional r animals, hover boards, skateboards, fireworks, drugs, and alcohol are not permitted. Wyonna Judd was there this year.
I used to go every year. The sounds, the lights, food and rides all excited me nearly as much as a good thunderstorm does. But not so anymore. I even traveled with the carnival for several months. I enjoyed it all. Now I couldn't stand it for five minutes.

I've only been to the Missouri State Fair once and am not interested in going again. I do want to go to Apple Butter Makin' Days in Mt Vernon, 12 miles away from us. (It's the county capital here.) But, if it's too much for me, we may come straight back home instead of staying very long.

I used to enjoy taking my kids to the fair. I now just like to walk around and look.
