A little upset stomach

Maracaibo, Venezuela

Today, strangely, I woke up a little upset, I don't know if I should do anything because last night we had hot dogs for dinner late. (although I usually always eat my meals late, I know I should have dinner earlier) however, it has become a habit for me to eat early because if I eat very late then I get hungrier, the truth is Today I woke up with cramps and gas, although it was only very mild, I didn't want to eat breakfast in the morning.I hope things are going well for all of you today.

I usually eat breakfast right around 5 am because that's when I take my morning meds and they'll make me sick if I don't eat after taking them. I MIGHT eat lunch around 5 pm and then eat supper between 10 pm and midnight. (I normally take naps during the daytime and am awake all night, either talking on myLot, watching movies or watching favorite YT personalities talk or play games.) If my tummy gets upset, I either take Pepto Bismol or, if we're out of that, I drink mint tea. (My daughter and I grow our own mint plants.)

I love mint tea for this type of ailments but I have to go look for it in the city center because this city does not produce mint by itself but in another city where it is made It's colder, so if I can get someone to go get it for me and buy it, that would be great. What I do is take giant oregano leaves and make a tea. That's good too. Peppermint tea is so good that I was going to buy it specifically for my mother's gallbladder pain.

@YuleimaVzla Oh, I see... Do you have a yard or do you live in an apartment? If you have a house and yard, you could grow your own mint plants.

@DaddyEvil I have tried to do it but I can't do it because the climate here is very hot. I am in a tropical area and also an oil company and I think mint needs a cooler climate and it ends up wilting.

If I eat too late, or too much I may have a problem like that. I buy papaya enzyme chewable tablets and they help with indigestion. Pineapple or papaya fruit does the same.

Hot dogs might do that to you. Come to think of it, even if you ate it for lunch it might still have caused some unpleasantness. Hopefully, you are feeling better now.

I am feeling better despite the heat outside of the home by drinking liquids to avoid dehydration.

Hello, thank you very much for your wishes. Well, it was a discomfort, not so painful, but it did bother me in a certain way. Following some advice from my friends, I was able to improve quite a bit.
