Members of the United States Coast Guard (USCG) stationed at Air Station North Bend and Station Chetco River in Oregon answered an emergency call on Sunday night on August 31 when a catamaran with three people on board capsized 3.5 miles off Gold Beach.
One person was rescued off of the top of the boat by a stranger and taken by the USCG sailors to a local hospital to be checked for any injuries that happened in the incident.
My hope is that the USCG will be able to find the two missing persons who were aboard the catamaran that capsized alive and well.

That does not look good for the other two people, but let's hope they are still found, and rescued.
