DC Mayor Praises Trump Administration for Reducing Crime

Mayor Muriel Bowser has noticed the reduction in crime around Washington DC, and is giving credit where credit is due, acknowledging Trump's takeover of the Capitol has made the district safer. The DC Police Union also applauded the Federal Assistance provided to the Capitol by the Trump Administration. Just 7 days into the government takeover there had been no murders something unheard of prior to Federal help. Here are some of the stats posted during that time. Robbery 46% ADW 6% Carjacking 83% Car Theft 21% Violent Crime 22% Property Crime 6% All Crimes 8% Now if cities would toughen their laws against those who commit criminal acts and not release them without bail that would be a step in the right direction. Another issue is District Attorneys who refuse to prosecute violent criminals to the maximum extent of the law instead of accepting plea deals. It appears Dems are just fine with the high murder rate and their citizens getting shot every day. And the Democrats in Congress seem to be ok with crime too pushing back against the use of the Guard for safer cities. No wonder their approval ratings continues to tumble. In closing, it's a shame more cities like Chicago's Democratic Mayor and their Illinois Governor don't take Trump up on making their cities safer by receiving National Guard assistance. But of course, accepting the President's help would be admitting Trump's Washington DC plan to lower crime has been effective. Photo- You Tube
