ICE is Becoming a Nightmare

The U.S. Immigration and Enforcement (ICE) and how it works now has become the most horrific and scary unit to come out of Trump's administration. With their masked military garb breaking into homes at all hours and picking people up from their jobs and off the streets. Kidnapping them without letting them know what they are being detained about. There has been a 200% to 400% surge in ICE arrests in 2025. Mostly arrests in the past have been due to DUI, assault, traffic violations (leaving the scene of an accident or hit and run), or other infractions. ICE is holding about 59,000 immigrants in facilities across the country. In a CATO.org article dated June 20,2025 it states that 65% of people taken by ICE have no convictions and 93% have no violent convictions. It says that as of when the fiscal year began on October 1, 2024, and up to June 14, 2025, there have been 204,297 individuals have been booked. Your tax dollars at work. How many of them see a judge or are told what they have done to be detained? In 2025 Congress approved $170 billion for immigration enforcement, including $75 billion for ICE. They operate on about $9.7 million per day and they have reported of $2 billion deficit by mid-year. It costs millions to detain these immigrants on a daily basis. I wonder how much those masks cost the ICE officers. I think of them as cowards. Wearing a mask to do their jobs. On the campaign trail Trump promised ""On day one, I will launch the largest deportation program of criminals in the history of America." He sure has arrested a lot of people (from other countries) but I see very few real criminals arrested. He's let out more REAL criminals than he has arrested. I feel so badly for these people. Many have come here to seek a new life and feel freedom only to be kidnapped from home or jobs, or, even off the street and put in facilities and not even told the reason they are being detained. Most Americans when they are arrested stand before a judge a day or so after being arrested and are told what they are being held for. Not so with these people. I recently heard where just within the last few days several hundred CHILDEN were put on a plane late at night and started off toward South America. Luckily a judge filed an injunction and stopped this temporarily.

One older man went to get a copy of his green card because he lost it and he was detained indefinitely.

There is no legal appearance before the judge to find out. Can't remember what that legal term is.

Yes, these ICE masked villains go to job sights and take hundreds away. They don't know why and just sit in jail.

It's amazing what Trump is getting away with. A judge may not let something happen but usually it is only temporary and then what? He just gets away with it after all is said and done. They don't do anything to him when goes against laws.
