Oh things are just great up here on the 3rd floor

Anyone who reads my posts regularly know that I live in a 3rd floor apartment in a building with 12 total apartments. I've been here 6 years and for the most part everyone has gotten along. There was drama when one of the Moroccan's sons moved in but he is gone. Now there is drama with Smokey McSmokerson who literally does nothing all day but smoke pot, smoke cigarettes, and spit all over the landing up here. I used to be on friendly enough terms with him but I no longer speak to him after a few episodes of erratic behavior. Anyway I emailed the head boss man who is over the community/rental manager. I've learned I get a much better response from him. (he probably hates that I have his email address ) I asked him why there was no powerwashing done this summer--especially since they only did the siding and not the landings last year. I told him that it was disgusting up here with cigarette butts, ash, and spit stains. I don't even know how he does it but Smokey has managed to get spit stains on the siding on the opposite side of where he sits. The guy responded and asked for pictures so I sent a couple. He immediately replied and was horrified at how gross it was and he said "it looks like there is garbage out there too". Yikes. I wasn't complaining about that. That was garbage from a different neighbor. None of us have an issue with people leaving a bag of trash outside their door on the landing. Like I said we are on the 3rd floor and sometimes it is raining, cold, people are running out of time, etc. We have to take it down 2 flights of stairs and around the building to the dumpster. We all do it--myself included. Last night I was sitting on the steps watching the storm. The neighbor (not Smokey) came out to vape her pot and asked me if I was the one who complained about the garbage. I could honestly say "no". She said she received an email about it from management. I can only assume that Smokey's mommy did too because their garbage bags were gone too. I told her I didn't get one but would check my spam folder. (nothing) A little while later the other neighbor up here was coming out to take her dog for a walk. I asked if she received an email about trash and she said no. I gave her a brief rundown on my exchange with the boss man just so she knew. The 2 apartments won't mess with her because the boyfriend who lives there is a cop in town. They will however try to mess with me since I live alone. Oh so things should be interesting around here in the coming month or two. I don't like having tension with neighbors. I seriously wasn't even complaining about anything or anyone because I learned long ago that it gets me nowhere. I was just asking why there was no powerwashing done this year.
