What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I know I know I've said it several times but I am REALLY getting around to finally making Skinnytaste's Chicken Shwarma Sheet Pan Dinner tonight. If I don't do it tonight I'm going to have to toss the chicken and I don't want to do that. I have the veg chopped up and the chick peas drained. I am sitting down for a couple of minutes as a break but I'll be back at it in a few to dice up the chicken, season the mixture, and get it into the oven. I will have plenty of leftovers for the freezer which is already beyond full. Ugh.

Pretty volunteered to make dinner tonight. She loves making mashed potatoes, chicken and biscuits from a box. It's good and I didn't have to do any cooking this evening.
Pretty bought stew meat several days ago and I kept waiting for her to start the crockpot and make a Korean stew with the meat... I asked last night if she was going to use the meat and she said she'd forgotten about it. It had gone bad so went into the trash. That's the second or third time we've thrown out stew meat. She "forgets" to do anything with it.

Dinner this evening is sandwiches from the supermarket and sweets from the same supermarket.
