Xmas - Singapore

We were fortunate enough to be in Singapore years ago just before the start of Xmas.
Every Department Store was loaded with Christmas goodies. For me it was a first time visiting any mall as such and to visit at a time when the Mall is loaded with Xmas goodies was something I did not expect.
Our hotel was close to the Mall and that meant visiting the Mall all the days we spent in Singapore
We did not buy much but spent time visiting every nook, every floor just to breathe in what we could see. And then there was santa claus dancing to the tune of Christmas Carols
It was too good to be true.

Ah....very beautiful picture.
I also have the habit of visiting nearby stores for window shopping.

That sounds like a magical experience! I can imagine how exciting it must have been to see all the Christmas decorations and goodies everywhere, especially since it was your first time visiting a mall like that. Even just walking around and soaking in the holiday vibes sounds so fun.

@allknowing I am glad I did. It really came across how special that moment was for you. Those kinds of memories stay with us forever.

That must have been such a magical experience! Singapore really does go all out with decorations and festive displays, so being there just before Christmas sounds perfect. I can imagine how exciting it must have been to explore every floor of the mall and take in all the sights and sounds. Even without buying much, just soaking up the atmosphere would have been wonderful. And Santa dancing to carols – that would have put a big smile on anyone’s face. What a lovely memory to have from your trip.
