Going out for supper ? Or takeaway time ? / myLot

Well, it is Friday and that usually means either a takeaway or going out for a meal. We haven’t decided yet…..and we have 30 minutes to decide. I will say no to KFC as we have the Grandkids this weekend and no doubt they will want that at some point. I will say no to Chinese as we always have some left over and if we have the Grandkids it won’t get eaten as we will have something with them. Possibly fish and chips ….. Maybe going out ….i have several discount vouchers so we will see what Mom and The Mister want to do. What are you having for supper tonight ?

You can't eat too much KFC or Chinese! They're both too good! I'd like to go out and get something to bring home to eat for supper... If we don't make it to the bank, we won't be able to get anything. Places around here only want cash or credit card. We don't use credit cards.

We do like them but we don’t need anything left over ….having the kids we will be out and about and it wouldn’t get eaten ….and I hate waste.

@Traceyjayne You could always take a cooler of ice with you so you could safely bring the leftovers home and eat them during the week.

We are having the Paneer and onion pizza along with soft drink.We are in dominos right now. It is one of my favourite. It provides a nice Indian blend to the genuine taste of Italian food.After this we are going to have garlic bread.

We were going to have roast chicken - we had a whole chicken in the freezer and we need to free up some space - but I didn't defrost it in enough time so instead we had carrot and bean soup followed by risotto. Will roast the chicken tomorrow.

Last night we went to the clubhouse and had fish and chips. Tonight it will be a roast.

I think I will have the Hungry Man Turkey Dinner for lunch and the frozen Meals on Wheels (I think it's sweet and sour chicken....I don't remember.) I will possibly have a fruit cup with one of the meals.
