Took her some Chick-fil-A for lunch and filled her prescriptions ($60 out of our pocket) and did some work around her apartment for her.
We'll need to go get her out of the apartment on Wednesday to go to the bank and drugstore and probably take her to lunch.
She owes a penalty for breaking her lease on the old apartment.
She has really gone downhill quickly these last couple of months. She has that "deer in the headlights" look most of the time.

That's very sad. I was lucky that my husband recognized me until the very end. The last day he was conscious, he didn't know I was there. Dementia is a cruel disease.

All those crazy loose ends of moving, with a side serving of dementia. I am sorry this is happening.

Oh that's a shame they wouldn't let her out of the lease of her old apartment?

She is scared because she doesn't really know what is going on. She does seem to be declining pretty fast though. My dad has been roughly the same since he was diagnosed 5 years ago. Other than his physical weakness from doing nothing, the only thing I have noticed is that his ability to hold a thought has lessned. He will ask the same question 10 times in 10 minutes.

That's very sad. It must be frightening for her to be in that state.
