How Do You Hang Pictures?

Obviously some smart-aleck like @porwest is going to reply "On the walls" 
I have always had a good eye for hanging pictures. I just take my hammer and nail and size it up by just eye-balling it and I hang the picture.
My former husband measured and put marks on the wall and used a level and everything.
How do you hang pictures?

I usually just eyeball it too. Most of the time it works out fine, and if it is a little off, nobody really notices anyway. Some people swear by measuring and using a level, but I feel like that takes the fun out of it. As long as the picture looks good on the wall, that’s what matters most.

I tend to measure from the floor up and left and right and make marks where I want the screws or nails. I have never used a level, though.
Many times, where something will be hung, sits on a table somewhere waiting for me to get around to actually hanging it. lol
