Just a neat tune

Before I get to the point I thought I'd explain the photo. The pup was my sweet Sofie at 6 weeks old and meeting my sweet main coon Spunky, she was so curious and later became best friends. Ok, I have been fascinated by this tune for years and finally found it on youtube, I'd been misspelling the title so didn't find it until recently. What do you think of this tune?

Yes it is, Anna told me the language is not French so now I'm wondering what language that actually is.
